Named One of the most influential voices in the direct selling community by critics and proponents alike, Troy Dooly is Co-Founder and the Beachside CEO of the global advisory agency, Lighthouse Idea Crafters, an organization whose sole focus is to help guide organizations to communicate the true message of their story of how they make a purposeful difference in the lives their impact. Lighthouse Idea Crafters will officially launch their new website January 2016. 

Troy has emerged as a leading authority in the area of developing purpose-inspired communications. Startup entrepreneurs to multi-national corporations have adopted his breakthrough methodology and frameworks to protect their cultures’ integrity and to deliver real difference to the people serve.

When Troy isn’t working with clients, he is a speaker, results coach, and radio host. He is a founding show host and News Director of the Home Business Radio Network. A founding member, of the Association of Network Marketing Professionals, and is a faculty member of the Direct Selling Edge educational organization.

Troy is also founding member of Catalyst A-Team, helping to facilitate hundreds of volunteers annually who serve 10,000 to 13,000 guests who attend the Atlanta Catalyst Leadership Conference. Troy has been married 28 years and has 8 wonderful children.
