To me, Troy Dooly will always feel like a safe space — someone I can come to and unload whatever the world has placed on my shoulders. No matter the situation, Troy brings both comfort and clarity.
I first met Troy when he was a leader at my church. At the time, we had a coffee shop where Troy could often be found discipling others and pouring into their lives. I would keep an eye out for his truck and invite myself to plop down on the couch whenever I needed mentorship. He always made time.
That coffee shop may be gone, but Troy still brings that same “couch” with him — whether it’s for mentorship, coaching, or counseling.
People like Troy build stronger relationships, families, and communities. I’m deeply grateful that he is led by God and that he continues to pour that love and wisdom into the lives of those around him.
